I didn’t take a ton of pictures, I was talking so some interesting people a lot of the time. A lot of cars came, in two phases as well, so it was a lot to see. Three parking lots, I arrived at 7:30 and one lot was almost full, you can see my Z is far from the building where the Starbucks is. July/August is very big. I have posted some interesting cars of the regulars before. The guy who has the white Gullwing with original paint brought his Bugatti and the 330 Ferrari next to it. Lots of American muscle that I can skip, there were a couple GT500s, a 68 and 69.
This is the car I posted in my DOTS that was in it’s garage surrounded by paintings. I talked to the guy and he said to knock on his door sometime. He is an artist, not a hoarder and he used to also paint pictures for the Air Force, you know the stuff you see in hallways on bases and in the Pentagon etc...
Lada!

The most rare car there is the CHP mustang.

Maybe, there is a guy with some kind of Lancia touring coupe, only 180 or so were made, who knows how many left now. I saw a whole bunch of old cop cars going south to San Jose once and my brain was confused haha, must have been some kind of show.

If I remember correctly the mustangs were crap for cop cars and they wore them out and junked most of them.

I’m sure most were scrapped, maybe some repainted and the engines were better? So some Fox body cars may be out there or maybe the engines were swapped out. For sure classic cop cars are a small niche. There was a guy handing out fliers to have cars in movies etc.. They wanted cars from the 70's too but I don’t have time for that stuff.

Oh sorry. It’s been there many times so I didn’t really think about it.
